The Wax Hoya (Hoya carnosa publiclyx ) has grown in popularity as a houseplant given its ease of care and sweet-smelling pink star-shaped flowers. Initially found in Australia and East Asia, this breed of Hoya prefers bright sunlight and will send out long shoots that make it a good choice for a hanging basket or wall display. Hoyas thrive in temperatures from 60-85 degrees and love a humidifier in the room.
